That night, after finishing work, Thanh Nga held the remote control for the rolling door in her hand and led it to her car. However, when she reached the door, she accidentally pressed the remote control, causing the door to lower, trapping both her and her car. At that moment, Nga panicked and kept pressing the remote control to make the door go up, but because her vision was blocked, she pressed the wrong button.
