It is worth mentioning that each contestant only has 3 minutes to perform - a very short period of time to fully convey the message and national spirit. Yet Duc Phuc has done it perfectly. For me, this is truly a miracle."

He also emphasized the format of the contest as well as the impressive organization of the host country Russia, creating a fair and civilized playground. Duc Phuc's victory in such an international contest is a source of pride for the country. The Deputy Minister also said that this year's contest gathered 23 strong contestants, many of whom had won major awards.
