Entrepreneur Dao Lan Huong used to major in Chemistry at Hanoi Amsterdam High School, then became a student at the National Economics University. During this time, the economics student met and got to know a male student who was passionate about technology, and together started a business at PeaceSoft.

Sharing about that difficult time, businessman Dao Lan Huong said that she still can't forget the long nights of working, handling project contracts, going to school the next morning as usual.

Lan Huong used to hold the position of Vice President of Nexttech and contributed 30% of capital to the Group, while the remaining 70% belonged to Shark Binh. In 2017, Ms. Huong unexpectedly left the position of Vice President of NextTech Group to build her own career, establishing a startup specializing in technology education - TEKY Holdings Young Innovation & Technology JSC.

However, the shareholder structure at NextTech has not changed at this time, when Shark Binh still holds 70% of the shares (equivalent to 70 billion VND of contributed capital), and Ms. Huong holds 30% (30 billion VND).

The change in shareholder structure only started in 2020. According to the announcement of the change on May 27, 2020, 30% of the contributed capital of Ms. Huong has been transferred to Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang.

Besides Teky, Ms. Huong is also the CEO of a corporation specializing in cross-border e-commerce activities.
