On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of Rosé's ( BLACKPINK) solo debut, 2 fansites in Vietnam including RoseGoldVN and For My Chaeng have combined with a large Korean fansite - Récord to bring Cinestill Film.2 to Vietnam - specifically two theaters. Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
Cinestill Film.2 is a fanmade product, made exclusively by fansite Récord. This is an 80-minute film, with footage recorded by Rosé's own fans during the process of accompanying the idol on many big stages.
On the evening of March 10, the first screening for Cinestill Film.2 took place at a theater complex in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting a large number of fans present. It is known that the ticket price is about more than 200,000 VND.
For Rosé fans, even though the premiere only lasted for more than 1 hour, everyone appreciated this event. Hundreds of spectators showed up early, eager to live each moment to the fullest with the melodies of Rosé's and BLACKPINK's hits. The enthusiasm of the Vietnamese audience also caused Récord himself - the owner of these films - to re-share it on his personal page. She humorously said , "The atmosphere is so different from Korea that it's funny" or "Too passionate" .
Not only the atmosphere inside the theater, 2 fansites in Vietnam have also carefully prepared for this event such as standees and LED screens so that fans can freely take photos with their idols.
Tickets are not only to experience the idol's movies, but fans will also be given gifts such as bracelets, posters, and photostrips. Before that, within a short time of being on sale, all Cinestill Film.2 tickets at both the South and North bridges were quickly sold out. After the premiere in Ho Chi Minh City, Cinestill Film.2 will continue to "land" in Hanoi today (March 12).
Vietnamese fans are indeed very fond of and always have special affection for Blackpink's main vocalist. This not only made international fans feel amazed but also deeply touched Rosé.
Last year, when Blackpink first held a concert at My Dinh National Stadium, Hanoi. About 1 month before the concert, the Blackpink fan community in Vietnam was preparing activities to welcome the idol to Vietnam for the first time to perform.
Large fansites of both the Blackpink group and each member have opened funds to mobilize fans to donate money to plan large-scale campaigns. It is estimated that the total amount of support is up to 600 - 700 million VND.
Among them, Rosé's fan community raised the largest amount of money. The total amount RoseGoldvn received after closing the fund was 221 million VND.
With a "huge" amount of money, this fansite implemented the project "Welcome Rosé to Vietnam" with 5 main activities.
First, RoseGoldvn rented a large-sized 3-front LED screen on TNR Tower, located in the heart of Hanoi city, facing 3 major roads: Chua Lang, Kim Ma and Nguyen Chi Thanh.
The second is a campaign to cover Rosé's image with double-decker buses running around Hoan Kiem district and around My Dinh stadium area.
Third is a series of 50 banners with Rosé's image hung along the route from Noi Bai airport to Nhat Tan bridge.
Wednesday, right at the show in My Dinh, Rosé's fan community will bring to the stadium a balloon with a large banner and 2 fandom flags.
On Thursday, a snack and gift cart will be prepared by RoseGoldvn outside My Dinh Stadium, exclusively for Rosé fans attending the show.
Friday, at Rosé's solo performance, fans will be given their own cheering banners and called upon to create Rosé's signature "white light sign", similar to other Born Pink concerts around the world.
Feeling the special love from Vietnamese fans for her, Rosé repeatedly expressed her gratitude and responded to that love with posts on her personal page. She continuously shares many photos taken in Vietnam, on stage, behind the scenes, and also shows off the cake given to her by Vietnamese fans.
