The company chaired by TikToker Vo Ha Linh has just made a move to attract attention when registering to add 2 new business lines, including real estate and real estate consulting, brokerage, and auction activities.

According to information from the National Business Registration Portal, Ha Linh Official Trading and Service Joint Stock Company has just announced a change in business registration content. Before the adjustment, this business registered a total of 15 industries, of which the main industry is advertising.

In addition, the company also operates in many other fields such as trading fabrics, garments, shoes, household appliances; food and food retail; trading in carpets, cushions, blankets, curtains, wall and floor coverings; postal and delivery services; market research and public opinion polls.

In the latest announcement, Vo Ha Linh's company officially added two more industries. The first is real estate business, land use rights belonging to owners, users or tenants. The second is consultancy, brokerage, real estate auction, land use right auction, except for auction activities in accordance with the law.

This enterprise was established in May 2021, headquartered in Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province. The founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors Director and Legal Representative is Ms. Vo Thi Ha Linh, born in 1992.

When it was first established, the company had a charter capital of 2 billion VND. In which, Ms. Linh contributed 90% of the capital, equivalent to 1.8 billion VND. Two other shareholders include Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga and Ms. Vo Thi Hoai Thuong, each contributing 5% of the capital, equivalent to 100 million VND. In September 2022, Ms. Hoai Thuong was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director in place of Vo Ha Linh. However, in June 2023, this position was transferred back to Ms. Linh.

Notably, in October 2024, the female TikToker's company announced an increase in charter capital to VND 19.5 billion. However, the detailed capital contribution composition was not announced. According to tax declaration data, the current number of official employees of enterprises is about 10 people.

Vo Ha Linh is currently one of the most prominent faces in the KOL world and is known as the "god of livestream" thanks to her ability to sell online with high sales. Along with her reputation, she has also been entangled in noise many times related to product advertising.

She emphasized that the interests of consumers are the top priority and said that she is committed to regulatory compliance as well as product quality control.
