The jury also awarded the award for excellent screenwriter of a television series to the two authors Lai Phuong Thao - Chu Hong Van for the film "Gap em ngay nang"; excellent director to Nguyen Duc Hieu for the film "Gap em ngay nang"; excellent cinematography to Meritorious Artist Nghiem Ba Hoai for the film "Chung ta cua 8 nam sau".

This year's Golden Kite Award went to the film "Mai" by director Tran Thanh; the Silver Kite was awarded to the film "Mong Claw" by director Le Thanh Son and the film "Dao, Pho and Piano" by director Meritorious Artist Phi Tien Son.

The award for best screenwriter for a feature film was also given to Tran Thanh - Binh Bong Bot for the film "Mai". The film "Claws" by director Le Thanh Son received 2 awards for best director and best cinematography.

Best Actor in a Feature Film goes to Quyen Linh, for the role of Hai Muoi in the film "Hai Muoi" and Best Actress goes to Phuong Anh Dao, for the role of Mai in the film "Mai"...

Outstanding Art Design for a Feature Film was awarded to author Nguyen Minh Duong for the film "Mai". With 4 top awards for feature films, the film "Mai" won all the prizes at the 2024 Kite Awards. However, this year, Tran Thanh did not appear on the red carpet or the awards ceremony.

In the category of theoretical research and film criticism, the Golden Kite was awarded to the theoretical research work "Cinema as a technique" by Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Ngoc, and the monograph "Sparkling gold dust" by author Dr. Le Ngoc Minh. This category did not have a silver kite.

In the short film category, the Golden Kite was awarded to the film "Wooden Fish" - directed by Nguyen Pham Thanh Dat. The Silver Kite was awarded to the film "Teo", directed by Dong Cong Hieu; the film "Karma" (karma), directed by Pham Huu Tri.
