Leaving home with a young man for many days but not returning, the family of Quang Huong G. (born in 2008), an 11th-grade gir.l in Son La, went to the police for help.

This afternoon (6/2), talking to VietNamNet, Ms. Ca Thi Xuan said that the family had contacted her daughter. According to Ms. Xuan, when she called back, G. said that she was still safe and said that she was in the South with her boyfriend (named T.). However, it did not provide a specific address. Ms. Xuan wanted to meet T.'s family or phone number to contact, but she did not provide it for many different reasons.

Earlier in the morning of the same day, Ms. Xuan said that her daughter had run away from home for 4 days but had not returned, the family was worried and reported to the police. According to Ms. Xuan, yesterday (5/2) there were 3 men and women, introduced to study with Ms. G. came to see her and gave her a piece of paper saying; this is a piece of paper asked by G.'s friend to give to his mother.

"The paper has a few words that say, at home I am scolded by my mother a lot, I can't stand it. My daughter blocked my phone number, zalo and facebook, so I couldn't contact her," Ms. Xuan informed. In addition, Ms. Xuan also said that yesterday there was also an informant who saw Mr. G. in an internet café in the city with a young man, but then the two left the area.

According to the mother, the family has 2 children (above G. is the brother who walks in the army) at home, there are only 2 mother.s and children. Sometimes my mother scolded G. because of her work at home. Recently, G. and the young man just got to know each other through social networks. The daughter introduced her boyfriend named Nguyen Trung T. (born in 2007) in Lam Dong.

On January 28 (29 Tet), T. went to Ms. Xuan's house to play. On the afternoon of February 2 (the 5th day of Tet), G. and the young man reported leaving home to wish Tet, but so far they have not been able to contact. When leaving, the 11th female student wears clothes and travels on a black electric bicycle.

Another disappearance case is also receiving the attention of the public, that is, a female college student who seems to "evaporate" before Tet. Regarding the case, on February 5, the District 1 Police (Ho Chi Minh City) and related units entered the investigation and verification of the case of Luu Ngoc H. (born in 2003, living in Dong Nai province), is a 4th-year female student of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City who mysteriously disappeared before Tet.

According to information from H.'s family, before the 2025 Lunar New Year, he told his family to stay in Ho Chi Minh City to work part-time and earn mone.y to pay tuition fees for the next term. In the days that followed, the family tried to contact H. but no one answered the phone. Thinking that he was busy working, the family had no doubts.

It is worth mentioning that after Tet, H. still did not come back, so his family went to Ho Chi Minh City to look for him. The dormitory manager (where H. lives) in District 1 said that the female student had left the dormitory since January 21 and had not returned. Due to the inability to contact her, her family reported to the police and posted information on social networks to ask people to assist in the search.

The family further informed that 4 days ago, a relative messaged H. via Facebook and received a response. However, when the family asked the reason for not being able to contact them in the past few days, this account replied that it was "to check the network" and did not reply further.

The family searched for H. in many places, posted information on social networks for support, but to no avail. On February 4, the female student's family reported the incident to the police. On platforms, many people also shared articles of H.'s family hoping for clues to find the female student. Everyone hopes that she will return safely soon. The case is being investigated by the District 1 Police, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City coordinates with functional units to clarify.
