Binh Tinh is the daughter of the Duc Loi - Bach Mai traditional opera artist couple. Her family has 4 generations pursuing the art of opera. Binh Tinh herself has had a passion for opera since she was very young.

Accordingly, at the age of 4, Binh Tinh stepped onto the stage to perform. From then on, she was given the opportunity to learn and pursue her career.

Although both of her parents were in the profession, no one taught Binh Tinh how to act because they did not want her to be influenced by their acting. Binh Tinh learned a lot from Meritorious Artist Bach Long, considering him as an enthusiastic teacher who guided, guided, and advised her in every dance move.

And Binh Tinh's path to the profession was also full of difficulties, not as smooth as many people think. Although she was born into a family of artists, Binh Tinh was once fired from all her jobs by her mother because she went against her mother's wishes to be with her current husband, singer Nhat Minh.

She said: "Because my family did not accept me, I left. My mother in America was very angry at me at that time and cut off all my jobs. I did not make any money, and even had to share my phone. When she had her first successes in her career, Binh Tinh encountered many major changes when one by one her family members passed away.

Binh Tinh could not give up because she knew that if she fell, there would be no one to take care of and support the Huynh Long troupe and behind her there were many people and lives waiting for her. If she did not maintain the Huynh Long troupe, many artists would have to go out and Cai Luong would lose its last prestigious and veteran troupe.

She said: "I am aware that I have to take responsibility for this profession. My grandparents have built the Cai Luong theater troupe for 3 or 4 generations, but now it is fading away, which is a waste. Not to mention, if there is no theater, where will there be a place for me to sing? I must preserve the profession at all costs.

After my brother passed away, all the responsibilities and hopes fell on me alone. It made me have more heavy thoughts and struggles to find a way to succeed and bring back the glory of my family's cai luong troupe."

And during the decline of Cai Luong, singing was almost unprofitable, Binh Tinh was forced to sell goods online to make a living and have money to take care of both her family and the Huynh Long troupe. She was both the pillar of her family and the pillar of an entire clan and troupe.

Live a life of kindness, do things that no one knows about but have to speak up because of being taken advantage of

Despite having to shoulder the burden of a family with many people, Binh Tinh has a very good heart and often does charity work, helping people. The female artist often uses her own money to help artists, people working in the Huynh Long ancient theater troupe and also the difficult lives in society.

What's special is that Binh Tinh helps people silently and quietly, without showing off, without filming or posting online, so almost no one knows about her actions, unless the person involved tells them.

Artist Hong Sap (who specializes in making costumes for the Huynh Long ancient opera troupe) once confided: "Binh Tinh also loves me very much. To tell the truth, of all the opera troupes I've been to, only Binh Tinh truly respects and loves me, so I also love her very much.

My rent was paid by Binh Tinh. Every month Binh Tinh paid my rent. I remember that favor very well. I joined the Huynh Long troupe when Binh Tinh was little, now that he's grown up he still respects me."

At the funeral of the late artist Quy Binh, Binh Tinh had just finished paying her respects and walked out the door. When she saw artist Hong Sap, she quickly ran to help her into the car to take her home because she was afraid of the crowd.

Artist Hieu Canh also said that currently, only Huynh Long troupe is the most crowded cai luong troupe, as soon as they announced ticket sales one day, the tickets were sold out the next day. The reason is because Binh Tinh treats the brothers in the troupe very well, so everyone wholeheartedly stays even though cai luong has gone downhill.

He said: "Binh Tinh loves his brothers very much. Wherever he goes, he brings gifts for all the singers. Every Tet, Binh Tinh gives lucky money to the whole troupe, a lot of lucky money, from the musicians, actors, and actresses, to the backstage... Binh Tinh takes care of everything by himself.

To be honest, Binh Tinh doesn't make any profit from this troupe, but he still does it for his brothers. When I first joined the troupe, Binh Tinh paid me 800,000 VND per performance, which gradually increased to 1 million, then 2 million, and now 1.5 million VND.

Although not related by blood, Binh Tinh still took care of the late artist Vu Linh in his last years, participated in paying his hospital bills and even organized a grand funeral with Hong Loan. After the funeral, Binh Tinh also spent money to buy an altar for artist Vu Linh.

Recently, Binh Tinh also sent money to help Kim Tieu Ly's grandmother (Kim Tieu Long's adopted daughter).

Binh Tinh confided that every now and then, when she surfs Facebook and comes across a difficult situation, she sends money to help. It is all Binh Tinh's own money, not donated by anyone.

However, Binh Tinh's kindness is sometimes taken advantage of by others. She once had to say frankly: "I see many messages asking for help from everyone. I really feel sorry but I say right away, I am not a charity worker, not a center at all. I do charity from an individual, just myself.

I sing, earn money, and have a little extra to save. If I have a chance to help someone, I will share with that person. I don't have any sponsors or benefactors, nor do I ask for donations.

That is the money I earned with my sweat and tears, so I share it with those in difficult circumstances, but everything depends on fate.

I can't possibly cover it all, please understand. I look like this but the burden on me is not that big. There are a million things I have to worry about so I hope everyone can understand.
