At about 2:40 p.m. on June 3, 2022, I and my sister came home from school and moved to Lourdes Church alley. At that time it was only raining lightly. Then a gray Fortuner drove out from the alley next to Lourdes Church. I braked the car to wait, then a red wave suddenly ran out and hit our car. We fell down, the car I was driving crashed into me, my face hit the ground. When my sister helped me up, the Fortuner quickly drove away. I wanted to hold him back so my parents could come down, but I was bleeding so much that my sister wanted to take me to the emergency room. I went to the dentist near the scene, the dentist gave me first aid, I had stitches in my gums. But my condition was too severe, the dentist advised me to go to the Central Dental Hospital, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City to check for broken jaw and alveolar bones. My mother and sister took me to the hospital. The doctor diagnosed me with the dentist who is wearing braces and came to a conclusion.

I had four of my upper incisors damaged, my nose crushed and my leg torn. And my laptop was also broken. Currently I have no evidence or witnesses to accuse him. He cursed and said "please take offense" while he did not help her up or take her to the emergency room and even insulted her with vulgar words. He even said he would help me with the car but he never did that. And he didn't apologize or take responsibility.
