After nearly 4 months in detention, Ngoc Trinh was officially sentenced to 1 year suspended prison by the court to the joy of many people. Including Dam Vinh Hung and some famous Vietnamese stars.

On the morning of February 2, the trial of Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh (model Ngoc Trinh) officially took place. After many hours of work, VKS recommended that the VKS sentence the defendant to 6-9 months in prison for "disrupting public order".

The HCMC People's Committee once prosecuted Ngoc Trinh with a penalty of 2-7 years in prison for aggravating circumstances of committing multiple crimes. But now, VKS offers a lighter sentence, and asks the court to recognize for the defendant many mitigating circumstances such as good character, sincerity to declare and contribution to society.

After the deliberation period, the council determined that Ngoc Trinh's behavior did not fall under organized crime as alleged by the indictment. In court, the model repented and participated in many volunteer work. The court found it unnecessary to isolate the accused from society and granted a suspended sentence of 1 year in prison.

Earlier at the trial, Ngoc Trinh admitted to committing acts similar to the prosecution indictment, however, said he did not intentionally violate it. She testified that because she watched some clips of difficult movements on motorbikes, she was interested, outburst and confident that she could do it to ask Mr. Dong for guidance, despite being warned to be very dangerous.

At the same event, Ngoc Trinh apologized to defendant Tran Xuan Dong, his assistant and others who were implicated. "Deep down the defendant always wanted to do the right thing.

The defendant did not knowingly violate it, just because he did not know it. This is too great a lesson for the defendant. Expect the court to consider mitigating the defendant. The defendant misses his relatives. The defendant is wrong, guilty," she said in her final words.

After the news that Ngoc Trinh was given a 1-year suspended prison sentence, many Vietnamese stars such as Dam Vinh Hung, Le Giang, Trang Tran, Vu Khac Czech ... congratulated the model on returning home to celebrate Tet with her family.
