The sample signatures compared with the house purchase documents and two notices of change of permanent residence show few stable individual characteristics, not enough basis for conclusion.

Therefore, there is not enough basis to conclude whether the signature on the adoption handover document and the adoption handover certificate issuance book compared with the signature of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh on the sample documents are signed by the same person or not.

Previously, according to information from the Health and Life newspaper, the lawsuit related to the inheritance dispute of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh was accepted and resolved by the People's Court of Phu Nhuan District from June 2023. Because it was not within its jurisdiction, the People's Court of Phu Nhuan District transferred the case file to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City for resolution.

According to the conciliation minutes dated July 8, in addition to the request for the signature verification of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh, the plaintiff also requested the court to cancel the birth certificate and the adoption certificate of Ms. Hong Loan; cancel the inheritance declaration document made by Ms. Hong Loan at the notary office for the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh's estate, which is the house and land at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem, Phu Nhuan District; the right to use land plots No. 87, 88, Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City and a car; cancel the updated change on the certificate of house No. 5 Doan Thi Diem regarding the content of the transfer of ownership to Ms. Hong Loan.

Request to determine the entire legacy of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh as inherited property owned by the second-order heirs. Force those residing at house number 5 Doan Thi Diem to return the house to Ms. Nhung and Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu.

On the defendant’s side, Hong Loan said she did not accept all of the plaintiff’s lawsuit requests. The defendant is a first-line heir and has submitted to the court all documents verifying that she is the legitimate child of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh.

Ms. Loan's declaration of assets and updating and registering the name change on the land use rights certificate were completely appropriate. Ms. Loan filed a counterclaim, requesting Ms. Nhung and Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong to move all their assets out of house number 5 Doan Thi Diem.
