Luong My Ky's journey at Miss Fabulous International 2023 has officially ended with the title of 2nd runner-up. However, on the award stage, she was "harassed" by the organizers when she was not awarded the sash and the prize money, but only received at the chicken wing.

On the evening of December 3, the final of the Miss Fabulous International contest was held. This year, Luong My Ky became the representative of Vietnam to participate in this program. Although the scale of the contest is not large, there are only 9 contestants and has only been held in the last 2 years, but Miss Fabulous International still receives the attention of many Vietnamese beauty fans.

Through the competitions of name chanting, ensemble, swimsuit, evening dress and behavior, the transgender beauty from Vietnam was named in the Top 3 overall along with Japan and Thailand. Almost touching the highest position at the contest, Luong My Ky regretfully stopped at 3rd place overall. The transgender beauty had a few seconds of "stiff glue spray" when she missed her chance to win the crown. In particular, her opponent Maeya Sunsun from Thailand became the 1st runner-up. The beauty Rika Kinoshita from Japan excellently "carried" the highest crown and received a lot of approval from everyone.

While the new miss received a sash, a bonus of 300,000 Baht (more than 200 million VND) and the 1st runner-up received 100,000 Baht (nearly 70 million VND), Luong My Ky was not awarded the title of 2nd runner-up nor received a bonus on stage. The 24-year-old beauty was only given bouquets and posed with the new Miss, 1st runner-up.

It can be said that Luong My Ky aspired to go to international beauty contests as well as invest carefully in dresses, catwalk lessons and bring the team to the place to support but the results were quite "harsh" for her. Many beauty fans believe that, in terms of beauty, the 24-year-old beauty is not inferior to the new miss and 1st runner-up this year.

After the results were announced, many netizens felt disgruntled when Thailand's representative reached the top 3 overall. The reason is that Maeya Sunsun's beauty does not stand out like many other beauties in the contest.
