Lawyer Hung said that if Nham Hoang Khang acts to immediately extort money and pressure the artists for money, the artist can report the act of appropriating property to the competent authority. According to Mr. Hung, this behavior is specified in Article 170 of the Penal Code and can result in a maximum prison term of 15 years.

Talking to the press, lawyer Tran Minh Hung, head of the Family Law Office (Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association), said that artists whose accounts were illegally hacked by Nham Hoang Khang can sue to claim compensation. often damages and requires the initiation of criminal cases.

According to lawyer Hung, the authorities need to verify that this person has infiltrated other people's accounts, passwords, personal information and Facebook accounts. If violations, depending on the nature, seriousness and behavior of the violations, they may be administratively sanctioned, criminally handled or civilly compensated.

Regarding administrative sanctions, the act of infringing on the account will be fined from 10 to 20 million VND for cracking, stealing, using passwords, cryptographic keys and information of other organizations and individuals on the Internet. network environment.
