Testimony of the father accused of raping his biological daughter in Phu Tho

Recently, a schoolgirl in Yen Lap district (Phu Tho) has accused her biological father of raping her many times, shocking and infuriating public opinion.

According to information in the Vietnamese Women's Newspaper, the female student HT (born in 2004) denounced her biological father as D.Q. (born in 1979) raped herself several times in the same house where the father and son lived.

The mother of female student T. said that after the incident was revealed, Q. repeatedly texted, called, and begged his wife and children to forgive him and give him a way of life. However, at the meeting with the police, Q. insisted on denying, completely denying the information of doing depraved things with his daughter. This subject only admitted to repeatedly beating the children.

What is condemnable in this case is that when raping his daughter, the father is very normal, not in a drunken state. HT said if his father was drunk, he would scold him and fall asleep.

After those times, HT thought a lot, so the study also declined. After a while, I thought I could get away from the hellish days because Dad didn't do that anymore. At the end of 2020 because his father beat him many times, his younger brother T. dropped out of 9th grade, fled to Hanoi to find his mother, at home, and the father and son stayed at home. T. just started 11th grade.

Can't stand the "hell on earth" where there is the existence of an aggressive and violent father. HT went to Hanoi to find her mother and younger brother, after many ideological struggles, the female student decided to text her mother to tell the whole truth.

When I was in 7th grade, my father forced me to sleep with him. Two years ago, I didn't ask to sleep with you anymore, but on Friday of this week, after talking on the phone with my mother, I went to your room and told me to sleep with you. I told you that I'm an adult, I have to respect you, but you just climb into my bed and do the same thing as mom and dad giving birth to you. I don't like it one bit. I came down yesterday to talk to you, but I didn't dare to say it because I didn't have the face to look at you anymore. Until yesterday morning, my father went in again to ask to sleep with me again, he said this time, there will be no next time. I know how to be a father, so I went down to my mother to talk to her. On Friday night, I cried for almost an hour. I lay thinking if you are my father but you dare to do such a thing with the child you gave birth to.

Mom read it, then I'll talk to you later. I don't want to go back to that house. I'm so scared. Last night I had to buy birth control pills myself, not afraid of exceptions, I don't know what to do. I'm not coming back, I'm staying here with my mom, next year I'm going to work, I won't go back to that house again...".

Too painful, shocked, the mother burst into tears because she loved her child. Soon after, the mother and daughter went to the authorities to report and denounce the bestial behavior of the depraved father. The case is currently being investigated by the Yen Lap District Police Department.

Sharing about the reason for not telling her mother sooner, HT said that she did not want her mother to suffer any more pain, because she was already suffering. Before that, in 2016, due to not being able to withstand the beatings of her abusive husband, HT's mother left home and went to Hanoi to work as a hired worker to earn a living. This mother herself cannot imagine her husband heartlessly harming her own daughter.

In 2020, public opinion was shaken by the case of a father raping his biological daughter for 4 years in Tay Ninh was exposed. According to the investigation, Tran Van Cuong (born in 1977, living in An Ninh neighborhood, An Lac Thon town, Ke Sach district, Soc Trang province) repeatedly abused his daughter born in 2005.

Specifically, in 2016, Tran Van Cuong brought his wife and daughter named T. to Binh Duong to live and work. Because he just moved to Binh Duong, Cuong couldn't find a job he liked, so he often stayed in a motel room with his daughter.

It was during this free time that the beastly nature of the corrupt man emerged. He often sexually abused T. After every satisfaction he threatened, he forbade T. from telling this story to his mother. If T.'s grandson says a word, it will kill both mother and child.

In 2017, Cuong and his family moved to work as workers in Phuoc Thanh commune (Go Dau district, Tay Ninh province). Here, Cuong continued to take advantage of his wife's absence from home to perform debauchery with his daughter.

In March 2020, Cuong took his daughter to work for a brick kiln in Thanh Dien commune (Chau Thanh district). Here, Cuong also committed depraved acts towards the victim.
