I ate vegetables, no starch, I also looked for weight loss pills. However, the side effects of the drug made me constantly have low blood sugar, low work efficiency, mental stagnation. After a year of persistent training, Huy Hoang lost 30 kg. Currently, she weighs 85 kg, is 1.7 m tall, and measures 102-82-106 cm.
