From real-life experiences about the power of image on the path to success, Miss Cosmo Vietnam National Director - Ngoc Chau brought the topic "Building Image & Personal Style" within the framework of the Cosmo Camp workshop. With the goal of equipping the future beauty generation with the ability to create a comprehensive appearance.

Miss Cosmo Vietnam National Director - Ngoc Chau shared that investing in building a well-groomed personal image will bring many opportunities in career and life for many young people. She used her own journey as proof: from model to beauty queen and her current position, she has changed her style strategically, proactively applying knowledge about colors and costumes to create a more professional and attractive image.

Not only stopping at costumes, the workshop also emphasized important factors in building a professional image, especially in the entertainment environment. Mr. Luu Quoc Duy (Jay Luu), currently the Communications Director at Miss Cosmo and UniMedia, shared the secrets to creating an impression right from the first seconds. According to him, a neat, sophisticated style along with a confident demeanor is the key to attracting attention.

With experience in communication and personal branding, Mr. Jay Luu emphasizes the importance of communication style and how to utilize social networks to expand career opportunities. Besides appearance, the way of using language on social networks also plays a key role in shaping personal image. Choosing standard words and limiting "teencode" when communicating on social networking platforms will express who you are and shape your personal brand.

In particular, for contestants participating in beauty contests, maintaining a beautiful image on social networks does not stop at sparkling photos but also lies in the way of behaving and interacting. He revealed that the judges often carefully consider personal pages, and can even "scan" previous posts to evaluate the attitude, lifestyle as well as the suitability of the contestant for the title they are pursuing. He also emphasized that unflattering comments or photos that have been posted, although not reflecting the current person, can be dug up at any time. Therefore, he often advises contestants to be aware of using social networks, avoiding letting negative impressions affect their journey to conquer the title.

In her sharing, Ngoc Chau emphasized that confidence comes not only from appearance but also from the ability to control emotions. She revealed secrets to help contestants control stress, maintain a radiant demeanor and overcome pressure when standing in front of the public.

Making a special mark in the Miss Cosmo 2024 contest with her confidence and courage through important rounds, runner-up Mook Karnruethai Tassabut shared five simple but effective steps to control negative emotions that she has applied: identifying emotions, controlling and regulating them, expressing them in a healthy way, finding appropriate coping mechanisms, and empathizing with others.
