The leader of the 62nd residential group said that many years ago, this large piece of land had a house that used to be a place to make billiards, sing together... About 10 years later, the owner of the land sold it to Mr. Dung for a lime kiln. then moved to the North to live with her children.

The land was vacant for a while, and then Mr. Dung demolished the old house and built a large villa called Villa Hang Huu as it is today. According to people in the area, this house with a high wall and a gate, Hang and her husband only occasionally visit. "They also don't interact with the neighborhood, live with the nest or the people here," said one resident.

The neighborhood group also said that they had never been in contact with Hang and her husband. At the time of the epidemic, no one appeared, helping to fight the epidemic in the area.
