Hai Phong: 2 female police officers participating in a "party" of banned substances were stripped of their titles

Earlier, as reported by the Lao Lao Newspaper, at 23:30 on April 4, at the house of Ta Vu Tr. Here, some subjects used synthetic banned substances brought by Nguyen Ngoc Hoang. After that, the group continued to invite each other to Nguyen Van Thanh's hostel as mentioned above, to use ketamine and fly and shake.

The search revealed the seizure of 1 white plastic zip bag with a red mouth border, inside containing white crystal particles suspected to be banned substances and some other documents and objects. Tan Uyen police have made a decision to criminally detain Lu Van Lu for further investigation into the case.
