The reason is said to be because the woman came to pick up her child but was not accepted by her father-in-law, so the above incident happened. According to research, the above incident occurred on March 18, in village 3, Hoa Tan commune. The woman in the clip is Ms. LNPH Ms. H. reported to Hoa Tan commune authorities to help handle the case.
