According to TV, on the evening of March 14, she took her daughter to eat at a restaurant on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street. When the guest finished eating most of the mixed rice, he discovered there were cockroaches in the bowl. There's even a whole big cockroach, not just legs or antennae.

Ms. TV also shared that as soon as she discovered the cockroach in the rice bowl, she talked to the waiter and the two of them immediately apologized. "But obviously this is not the fault of the two waiters, so I won't make it difficult for you two," the customer said.

Also according to Ms. TV, after the incident, the chef, the person who made the rice dish, and even the manager did not apologize to the customers, but only the two waiters had to "take the responsibility." That's why she's even more frustrated with this restaurant's problem solving.

"The two waiters apologized and said they wouldn't charge, but I still fully paid the bill for both of us. Before leaving, the staff still apologized but I still confirmed that it was not the two of them who were at fault. , so the people who need to apologize are not the two of you.

It wasn't until after I left that someone from the kitchen came out and apologized to me. Obviously this is your responsibility, but now when I leave and reflect like that, she only comes out and says sorry. I felt the apology at that time was no longer valid," TV recounted.
