In particular, it is important to note that you should not stand in dangerous positions such as near the platform door or in the middle of the aisle during rush hour. It is strictly forbidden to activate the emergency button on the escalator to take photos. "The station staff is responsible for reminding, but the force is limited and cannot control every passenger. The most important thing is still the awareness of each person," the representative added.

In addition, the operating unit has also recorded that some passengers still do not have the habit of maintaining public hygiene. Bringing food and drinks onto the train, dropping them, and leaving garbage on the train has occurred. Some passengers also bring pets in their backpacks and then release them when entering the platform, affecting people around them. According to a representative of the company operating Metro Line 1, when encountering violations of regulations, station staff often take measures to remind and gently explain to passengers so that they understand and comply with the regulations. Because the operation is new, many passengers are not familiar with the regulations, so station staff focus on guiding and explaining clearly to build a culture of safe and civilized train travel.

"Currently, all 14 stations have posted regulations and rules for metro passengers. In case of violations, station staff will be responsible for reminding, but with limited resources, we cannot control each passenger. In case of intentional violations, we have the right to refuse transportation, but we do not have the right to impose fines or penalties because HURC1 is only an operating management unit, without the function and power to limit sanctions.
