And two songs with the folk melody of the homeland music genre: Thuong Qua Viet Nam by musician Pham The My and the song Mung Tuoi Me by musician Tran Long An, were performed by Duong Buu Trung in two programs Cau Vong Tuoi Tho and Buoc Chan Hai The Generation. After a period of working in Vietnam, Duong Buu Trung moved to the US to settle down. He said: "I have been in the US for 12 years now, after working in Vietnam for more than ten years. In the US, I only worked as a singer, not an actor.

When I decided to stay in the US, I only had $500 in my pocket. I spent that $500 to study nail art to make a living, but suddenly I got a gig doing some singing so I stopped studying nail art.

I have shows every week so I can make a living. I have to thank the show producers for loving me. I'm a shy person, I invite anyone but I don't dare call anyone to ask for shows."
