Che Phong - Che Linh's son: Divorced Thanh Thanh Hien, moved to the US to live in a 100m2 prefabricated house

Thirty years ago, when I was 19 years old, everyone who heard that I was the son of the famous singer Che Linh invited me to sing. Only then did I realize how beneficial being Che Linh's son was to me, which I didn't know before. When I went to sing or go to school, I introduced myself as Che Linh's son and received more favor.

My peers at that time all had to sing as backup singers. Backup singers had to wait for the stars to arrive. On days when the stars had not arrived, they could sing, and when they had finished singing, they had to go home. All my friends were like that, but I was the only one who got to sing because I was Che Linh's son.

But my father never introduced me to any shows when I sang. I always found shows myself. I also told him that he didn't need to introduce me to shows, that I would find them myself or that anyone who knew me could invite me.

When I was in Vietnam, Van Son called me himself to invite me to sing in America, my father never sent me. But I am like my father in that I never introduce my relatives to sing.

My father and I were both afraid that people would think that we were using our reputation to make things difficult for the show organizer. Therefore, I had to try my best, and when I went on stage, I had to strive to sing my best to prove my ability.

Being Che Linh's son has helped me 50%, I'm so proud, I don't even need to sing and people already love me, now there's only 1% left to strive to overcome that 50%, if you can't do it then it's a waste.

My father has many children and they are regular, meaning he gives birth every year. In my family, the oldest brother was born in 1963 and the two youngest brothers were born in 1984 and 1985. These two brothers were born in Canada and are still living there. I have never met my father's two children. In total, my father gave birth to 14 children, 7 boys and 7 girls.

All of my father's sons know how to sing, but I am the only one who has been able to make the most of this career until now. My older brother used to sing, but he stopped in 2000."

In addition to his heart-warming love songs, Che Phong also attracted public attention for his love affair with artist Thanh Thanh Hien, who is 4 years older than him. Previously, Che Phong had 2 broken marriages and had 3 children; Thanh Thanh Hien also has two daughters from her marriage with Meritorious Artist Hoang Anh Tu. I moved house at the end of the year, moved into the new house on December 31, 2023 and officially moved in on January 1, 2024. I moved here to live with a younger brother, the two of us moved so hard that we were exhausted. That day it was still raining heavily. I also just finished recording a song to celebrate moving into the new house. This is the first time I sang this song, I really like this song, and it is very timely.
