Diva Thu Ha, daughter of People's Artist Tran Hieu, has a career marked by a series of great achievements.

Tran Thu Ha, also known by her stage name Ha Tran, is a Vietnamese pop singer. She is the daughter of singer Tran Hieu and the granddaughter of musician Tran Tien. She is a singer with a diverse and colorful style and is considered one of the four divas of Vietnamese pop music.

Tran Thu Ha was born on July 10, 1977, in Hanoi. She is one of the first singers to bring pop, jazz and modern music genres into the Vietnamese music scene. Tran Thu Ha began to love music from a young ag.e and studied music at the Hanoi Conservatory of Music. She is one of the singers with a solid foundation in classical music, which helps her to have a graceful and technical performance style.

Her musical career began in the 1990s when she participated in singing competitions and gradually asserted her talent. She was noted for her bright and powerful voice, as well as her ability to handle songs with sophistication.

At the ag.e of 8, Ha Tran started learning piano. When she was 10, she took the entrance exam to the primary vocal music program of Hanoi College of Art. In 1995, after graduating from intermediate vocal music, she continued to study and graduated from the University of Vocal Music at Hanoi Conservatory of Music in 2000. After many years of practice and training, Ha Tran's singing voice has improved a lot.

Vietnam Musicians Association Awar.d for the best singer performing the Association's musical work in 1996. In 1997, Ha Tran began her professional singing career.

Ha Tran rose to fame in 2000 with the song Sac Mau and then the album Nhat Thuc. She is the daughter of People's Artist Tran Hieu and Meritorious Artist Vu Thuy Huyen. Ha Tran is an artist who has won 9 nominations, appeared in the list of most nominated people and won 4 categories at the Cong Hien Awards. Ha Tran is also known as an artist with a diverse and colorful artistic school, always exploring, creating and experimenting with new styles in music.

When her career was at its peak, Ha Tran married Binh Doan - a music producer, the two dated for 3 months before getting married. They moved to the US in 2004 and she no longer worked as much in the arts in Vietnam as before.

Sharing with the media about the reason for settling in the US, Ha Tran said that in Vietnam, she was raised in a musical environment, had a lucky career, but she decided to go to the US to have more challenges. "Many people also asked Ha, why did she go to the US when she was at the peak of her career? I love this place (Vietnam) but I left because I felt I needed a wider sky. Maybe when I flew there, I was just a small, lost, nameless bird, but I needed a bigger space, bigger challenges to contain me," Ha Tran shared.

The 46-year-old singer added that in the first years in the US, she went to work and lived normally but her heart always turned to Vietnam. Many times when she was sleeping unconsciously, she dreamed of meeting acquaintances and friends in Vietnam, but when she opened her eyes and found herself in the US, she had many emotional feelings.

The Diva shared that in America, she is like many other housewives, still doing housework and cooking for her husband and children. She also takes care of her daughter little by little.

"Apart from music, I'm very boring. Like other mothers, I wake up at 7am, cook breakfast, take my daughter Nala to school, then come back to exercise, check my email to see what needs to be done in Vietnam. Then I go to the market, cook rice, have lunch and prepare to pick up my chil.d at 2:30pm.

After that, the two of us play together or take her to after-school classes. I read to her before she goes to bed. Then it's time for me to prepare and practice for the shows," she said about her daily schedule.

Ha Tran likes loneliness, she knows what she needs and knows how to nurture her emotions. For her, a lonely artist will have more energy for music.
