These enterprises must deeply understand to their employees about the harm to the image of the country and businesses from abetting or participating in violations of the law; proactively strengthen internal security control for aviation employees; Require all personnel involved in the air transport chain to "follow the correct procedure".
Particularly for airlines, the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam has requested to strengthen the periodic and irregular inspection of the flight crew's luggage before and after the end of the flight, and strictly handle violations when detecting violations. On March 16, 4 flight attendants of Vietnam Airlines were found to be carrying luggage containing 11.2 kg of synthetic banned substances from France to Ho Chi Minh City. After a period of detention, the investigating agency temporarily determined that there were no grounds to prosecute the accused, so they temporarily released these flight attendants. However, the CAAV insists that flight attendants are still subject to industry discipline.
