According to some news sites, during the livestream on the afternoon of November 24, Dung Taylor (show producer, singer Thu Phuong's husband) firmly declared that Mr. Gerard Williams will sue Dam Vinh Hung. Dung Taylor said that next week, Bich Tuyen and her husband will sue the other party.

In a related development, Dung Taylor also revealed in his livestream that he was holding a letter from the plaintiff's lawyer sent to Mr. Gerard and Ms. Bich Tuyen's home address, requesting compensation of 20 million USD on October 9, 2024. Specifically, the information in the petition clearly stated that if Mr. Gerard did not compensate for the damages before November 13, Dam Vinh Hung would file a lawsuit, demanding compensation of 50 million USD.

This show producer confirmed that the compensation request letter he held in his hand was sent by the person involved but refused to reveal the identity of the other party.
