Regarding the lawsuit, singer Dam Vinh Hung asked Mr. Gerard Richard Williams to compensate him with an amount of about 15 million USD. The singer of "Say tinh" mentioned the health, mental and financial losses after the incident at Mr. Gerard Richard Williams's mansion.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff Hung Huynh (known by his stage name as singer Dam Vinh Hung) sued Mr. Gerard Richard Williams for failing to ensure the safety of guests at a party held at a mansion in Newport Coast.

The incident left the male singer seriously injured and had to have several toes amputated. Dam Vinh Hung said the acciden.t forced him to change his schedule, canceling many performances in March and April 2024 to focus on treatment, resulting in significant financial losses. His spirit was also affected.

It is known that singer Dam Vinh Hung and singer Bich Tuyen's family used to have a close relationship with each other, however, the current relationship between the female singer and her husband and Dam Vinh Hung has changed after the lawsuit. The female singer frankly shared: "Currently, my husband and I and Dam Vinh Hung have turned our backs on each other. We are waiting for the court to resolve the lawsuit."

Singer Bich Tuyen said that she and her husband had worked with the team of lawyers on the lawsuit from Dam Vinh Hung and found that some details were inaccurate and did not reflect the true nature of the incident. "Although I wanted to call Dam Vinh Hung directly, I realized that this was not the right time. Any communication between the two sides must go through a lawyer and be under the supervision of the authorities," Bich Tuyen said.

Bich Tuyen and her husband are currently living happily in a villa of thousands of square meters, with hundreds of rooms and according to Quang Le, it costs up to 1,600 billion VND. The house has a cinema, bar, fountain and hundreds of rooms. The spice room alone has two rooms larger than a bedroom in a normal house, and the car costs up to 25 billion VND.

"As far as I know, this villa is currently worth about 69 million USD, equivalent to nearly 1,600 billion VND. Thus, Bich Tuyen and her husband have to pay land tax of 690 thousand USD (about 15 billion VND) a year," singer Quang Le shared in one of his vlogs.

Being rich, Bich Tuyen always hires chefs to prepare and serve expensive dishes such as lobster, lamb chops, king crab... Therefore, after Ha Phuong, Bich Tuyen is the second singer to be called "billionaire singer" by the audience.
