The lawsuit between Dam Vinh Hung and singer Bich Tuyen and her husband, Mr. Gerard Richard Williams, is still the focus of attention in the Vietnamese and overseas entertainment industry.

Recently, on November 22, singer Dan Kim attracted attention when she shared something related to this noisy incident.

Specifically, on her personal page, Dan Kim gave many good words to Bich Tuyen and her husband, praising them as: "A family that lives with great morality... Even though you are a successful family, you always love your youngest and help them wholeheartedly... Brother and sister... I always love you and your family. I support you... If you live with virtue, God will always see."

Dan Kim said she was one of the witnesses in the incident that caused Dam Vinh Hung to lose several toes, leading to a lawsuit demanding huge compensation.

"A story that I witnessed from beginning to end. I love you so much. I will testify in court," Dan Kim declared.

In the comments section, Dan Kim reaffirmed once again that she does not hate anyone but only "lives by reason".

Previously, Lao Dong newspaper reported that singer Dam Vinh Hung filed a lawsuit asking Mr. Gerard Richard Williams, singer Bich Tuyen's husband, to compensate him about 15 million USD. This request stems from the serious mental, health and financial losses that the male singer suffered after an incident that occurred at the couple's residence in February 2024. In the lawsuit, Dam Vinh Hung accused Mr. Gerard of failing to ensure the safety of guests at a private party, leading to his serious injuries and the need to amputate some of his toes.

On November 22, singer Bich Tuyen said that she and her husband are currently not in agreement with the compensation amount that Dam Vinh Hung is demanding of 15 million USD. From the US, singer Bich Tuyen said: "Regarding Dam Vinh Hung's lawsuit of 15 million USD, my husband has done nothing wrong to demand such a large amount of compensation."

Singer Bich Tuyen added that she and her husband will not compromise on the amount of compensation Dam Vinh Hung requested: "We will go to court, we will not negotiate or compromise with Dam Vinh Hung."

According to information provided by singer Bich Tuyen, the trial of her and her husband's lawsuit against Dam Vinh Hung will take place earlier than originally scheduled for June 2025.

It is known that singer Dam Vinh Hung and singer Bich Tuyen's family used to have a close relationship with each other, however, the current relationship between the female singer and her husband and Dam Vinh Hung has changed after the lawsuit. The female singer frankly shared: "Currently, my husband and I and Dam Vinh Hung have turned our backs on each other. We are waiting for the court to resolve the lawsuit."

Singer Bich Tuyen said that she and her husband had worked with the team of lawyers on the lawsuit from Dam Vinh Hung and found that some details were inaccurate and did not reflect the true nature of the incident. "Although I wanted to call Dam Vinh Hung directly, I realized that this was not the right time. Any communication between the two sides must go through a lawyer and be under the supervision of the authorities," Bich Tuyen said.

According to Dan Viet, the site has contacted Dam Vinh Hung to find out more information about the incident. However, the male singer has yet to respond.

The California Supreme Court confirmed it had accepted the case on November 4 and sent it to the judicial branch for processing. The first hearing is scheduled for June 2025.

Dam Vinh Hung's real name is Huynh Minh Hung, born in 1971 in Quang Nam. In 1998, he won the fourth prize of the Ho Chi Minh City Television Singing Contest. In the early 2000s, he attracted attention with two songs "Love, please sleep peacefully" and "Brightness will take you away", after which the male singer's name became famous both at home and abroad.

Gerard Richard Williams (51 years old) is a wealthy businessman who started his career in the technology industry. He is well-known in the Vietnamese community in California thanks to his love of art and his marriage to singer Bich Tuyen.
