After a series of poor quality products were brought to light, VB Group - the company run by Doan Di Bang and his wife - affirmed that they will receive and refund the corresponding amount of products recalled from consumers and agents.

VB Group has sent a written notice to consumers and agents about the recall of the Thera Amino Anti-Wrinkle Mask product. VB Group said the reason for the recall is that the original product label does not contain the correct ingredients as stated in the cosmetic product declaration file (missing Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin). This recall is based on the notice of suspension of circulation, recall, and handling of violating cosmetics from the Department of Drug Administration - Ministry of Health.

VB Group confirmed that it will accept and refund the corresponding amount of products recalled from customers/agents. According to the document, VB Group said this was an "incident beyond control" and apologized to customers.

Recently, on May 27, the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) announced that it has decided to temporarily stop reviewing and receiving cosmetic product declaration dossiers for VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited (HCMC) for a period of 6 months.

While Doan Di Bang and her husband are facing legal challenges and the public's backs, the actions of the close friends of the 'District 7 tycoon' are also attracting no less attention. Regarding Di Bang Villa - a project that has caused a stir for a long time, on the Thai Cong Interior Design page, the most recent post about Di Bang Villa was on March 3, 2025. In the updated post, this project is still the interior design of the building, there are no actual images.

On Thai Cong Interior Design's website, the progress status of Di Bang Villa is "Project in progress". YouTube name, Di Bang Villa series has 6 episodes, the most recent episode is from May 11, 2022. In this episode, Di Bang - Quoc Vu couple meets Thai Cong - Huy Yves and goes to eat snails before the designer goes to France.

However, this meeting did not talk much about housing issues but the two sides chatted about many other topics such as arguing about Thai Cong's statement about carrying suitcases and lining up to take cheap flights.
