"Charity fairy" Truc Phuong organized SN with banned substances, revealing unexpected accomplices

According to the indictment, at around 5 am on March 17, 2024, functional forces conducted an administrative inspection of a house in Thu Duc City (old), Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and found 10 people gathering to use banned substances. In which, 4 people were present in the living room and 6 people were on the 2nd floor of the house.

At the scene, the authorities seized many related exhibits, including metal bottles, tools used to use prohibited substances and a number of substances such as Ketamine, Methamphetamine, Nimetazepam, etc. The test results showed that 6/10 people were positive for banned substances, including Nguyen Do Truc Phuong and Vu Hai Anh.

The investigation process determined that Nguyen Do Truc Phuong and Vu Hai Anh had been living together as husband and wife since 2021. By mid-2023, the two moved back to live in the aforementioned house in Thu Duc City.

Notably, the incident was discovered in the context of Truc Phuong's group organizing a birthday party for a friend named N.P.T. Accordingly, on the evening of March 16, 2024, from about 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Truc Phuong, Hai Anh and about 12 friends organized a meal in the kitchen area on the ground floor.

During the gathering, the two prepared more laughing gas bottles and some banned substances such as Ketamine, a banned substance for the group to use. This substance was determined to be because Truc Phuong and Hai Anh contacted Pham Van Duy Bao to buy it earlier.

At about midnight, some people left, the rest were invited by Truc Phuong to the karaoke room upstairs. At dawn, the functional forces rushed in to check and discovered the incident.

The investigation process also clarified that Nguyen Do Truc Phuong had at least twice asked Pham Van Duy Bao to buy banned substances for use. Specifically, on March 14, 2024, Truc Phuong sent a message to order 2 packages of grape-flavored "happy drink" (type and volume unknown), 5 MDMA tablets and 2.5 grams of Ketamine for 9.9 million VND. By March 16, 2024, this person continued to order 2 more packages of Chali brand "happy drinks" but had not yet paid.

In addition, since the end of 2021, Truc Phuong has been determined to have repeatedly ordered banned substances such as MDMA, "happy drinks" and Ketamine from a person named Tran Thanh Trung for personal use. However, due to the long time, it is impossible to determine the exact amount.

Notably, the investigating agency determined that Vu Hai Anh had the act of preparing Ketamine, dividing it on a plate to give to other subjects to use. From there, there are sufficient grounds to determine that Hai Anh is an accomplice with Truc Phuong in the act of "Organizing the illegal use of prohibited substances".

The case is currently being handled in accordance with the law, attracting great attention from the public, especially when it involves an individual who has built a positive image through volunteer activities on social networks.
