According to Yonhap News, the HYBE audit team went to the business area of ADOR company's board of directors to recover computer assets and secure direct testimony.

HYBE plans to take legal action if necessary based on the evidence secured. It was reported that HYBE discovered Min Hee Jin's move to attract outside investment for New Jeans' independence and began conducting an audit.

In an interview with Korea Economic Daily this afternoon, Min Hee Jin affirmed that HYBE made a mistake by not stopping Belift Lab from copying New Jeans, creating a copy of New Jeans called ILLIT. Min Heejin believes that HYBE should have prevented this in advance but instead ignored it.

"ILLIT's copying of New Jeans is not only a unilateral action of Belift Lab but also has the intervention of HYBE" - ADOR said.

Min Hee Jin and ADOR's management previously asked HYBE and Belift Lab to speak up about this issue and take corrective measures, but received no response.
