The male flight attendant of Vietnam Airlines did not comply with home isolation regulations, causing the transmission of Covid-19 disease to 3 other people. Depending on the nature and extent of the behavior, male flight attendants may be prosecuted for criminal responsibility for spreading infectious diseases to others.

Lawyer Tran Xuan Tien, Head of Dong Do Law Office, Hanoi Bar Association, said that for the above violation, the male flight attendant of Vietnam Airlines may be administratively sanctioned according to the provisions of Decree 117/ 2020/ND-CP, may even be prosecuted for penal liability under the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code.
