On March 24, Ho Chi Minh City Police issued Decision No. 190-01/QD on the prosecution of the criminal case "Abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, legitimate rights and interests laws of organizations and individuals", prescribed in Article 331 of the Penal Code.

At the same time, the Investigation Police Agency issued Decision No. 300-50/QD on prosecution of the accused, Order of arrest of the accused for temporary detention No. 300-04/LB and Search Order No. 300-07/LKX against Nguyen Phuong Hang. (SN 1971, permanent resident 17-19 Ngo Duc Ke Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, is the General Director of Dai Nam Joint Stock Company) about the above behavior.

The above decisions and orders have been approved by the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City.

Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang accused Mr. Vo Hoang Yen

In March 2021, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang accused "medical doctor" Vo Hoang Yen of cheating and abusing her trust to appropriate her property in Ho Chi Minh City and a number of provinces and cities.

Specifically, she said that she and her husband had supported Mr. Yen with a large amount of money to do charity activities, build pagodas, support storms and floods... but Mr. Vo Hoang Yen did not do it, but kept the money. used for personal purposes.

Not stopping there, in the livestream at 5pm on October 17, 2021, Ms. Phuong Hang suddenly accused Mr. Vo Hoang Yen and 4 lawyers of assaulting her right at the Ho Chi Minh City Police headquarters.

According to Ms. Hang, on the morning of October 16, 2021, she was present at the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department by invitation to confront Mr. Vo Hoang Yen. Accompanying Vo Hoang Yen to the police headquarters were also 4 lawyers.

Female CEO Dai Nam denounced at the meeting, Mr. Vo Hoang Yen and his lawyers insulted and assaulted her. Witnessing the incident, the police immediately intervened to handle it.

On the morning of January 15, 2022, the Investigation Police Agency, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department confirmed to Tri Thuc Thu that the unit had sent a notice to Mr. Vo Hoang Yen (also known as "the god of medicine" Vo Hoang Yen, SN 1975, living in Binh Thuan province) and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang (SN 1972, living in District 1), about dealing with crime reports.

Specifically, through reviewing the content of Ms. Phuong Hang's accusation that "divine doctor" Vo Hoang Yen cheated, the police determined that there was no sign of crime, so the police decided not to prosecute the criminal case. At the same time, the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City also approved the above decision.

Phuong Hang accuses many Vietnamese artists of stealing charity money

At the beginning of the stream of livestreams against artists, Ms. Phuong Hang said that artist Hoai Linh and Mr. Vo Hoang Yen had a close relationship and asked the male artist to speak up about Mr. Yen's medical treatment.

During that time, Hoai Linh kept quiet. Phuong Hang said that the male comedian "dipped" more than 14 billion VND of charity money, the male artist spoke up, admitted his fault and explained the reason for the delay, then disbursed 15.2 billion VND only. in less than 1 week.

After Hoai Linh, a series of other famous artists were mentioned by Ms. Hang in the livestream such as singer Dam Vinh Hung, singer Thuy Tien and his wife, MC Tran Thanh, Viet Huong, Hong Van, Trinh Kim Chi, ... called. Charity call is not transparent. In addition, Phuong Hang also used bad words to smear the honor of singer Vy Oanh on social networks.

After being denounced by Ms. Hang, the artists in turn gave their bank account statements and went online to explain. From here, there are many conflicting views. Not stopping there, when some journalists spoke up, commenting on Ms. Hang's livestream issue also had to listen to words that were said to be insulting and insulting.

After that, the artists accused by Hang were also "vindicated" by the investigative agency. In particular, the Ho Chi Minh City Police confirmed that artist Hoai Linh did not steal charity money as Ms. Hang's application denounced. As for others, the Ministry of Public Security believes that the amount of money the artists receive is less than the amount they spend for charity.

Many individuals denounced by Ms. Hang have sent applications to the Ho Chi Minh City Police, the Binh Duong Provincial Police. They believe that Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang has slandered, humiliated others and taken advantage of democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.
