Recently, online forums were talking about a clip of a female shipper crying because her car was stolen late at night. Netizens quickly found the story behind that.
Recently, a video of "female shipper stamping her head and sobbing because she was robbed of a food delivery truck in the middle of the night" has attracted the attention of a large number of Chinese netizens.
At the same time, a post went viral on social media as follows:
"Xiao Lian, a 20-year-old young woman from Yunnan, is a university student, because of her bad family conditions, she used the summer vacation to make a shipper earn a little more money to support herself...
That evening, I was delivering food when my tram was stolen. The girl bounced and collapsed beside the streetlight pole crying bitterly. She shouted: "It's not enough to carjack a car, even take a box of food with some undelivered orders!"
Many netizens voiced their sympathy for the girl, saying, "The girl's car thief is so evil. I hope the police step in to help."
However, the information released soon after by the Kunming police surprised netizens.
Through the investigation, police verified that the video was staged, not a real person. He is currently working in coordination with the local police to clarify the case.
This also means that the "female shipper" may face penalties under the law.
After the staging of "Xiao Lian" was revealed, Chinese netizens repeatedly reported a series of similar videos under the theme of "female shipper who stole her tram and collapsed face down on the road crying by a lamppost".
It is known that staging videos that create bad messages is no longer a novelty across Chinese social networking sites. Earlier, the case of "a girl in Hunan staged by strangers to get alcohol in a restaurant" was handled by the police. The blogger was arrested and the channel account that posted the clip has since been deleted.
And yet, there is a more "high-profile" case. It was a clip of "the male blogger donated 3,000 yuan to the old woman to shoot the clip and then got 2,800 yuan back."
This incident took place in a poor rural area on Mount Daliang (Sichuan, China). The blogger went to the house of the elderly woman who lives with her grandchild, orphaned by her parents, to make content about "relief for the poor". In the clip, this male blogger gave the elderly woman 3,000 yuan (nearly 10 million VND). In the process, many members of the blogger's group also stood behind the camera reminding the elderly woman what to say and do. But as soon as the camera stopped recording, the male blogger got back 2,800 yuan (more than 9.2 million VND), the old woman was given 200 yuan (nearly 800 thousand VND) as a salary.
The case was taken over by local police. The blogger's group received appropriate punishment for the staged ploy, taking advantage of the sympathy of netizens to attract interactions.
Faced with the situation of staging clips with the purpose of "likes", the Chinese police have reminded: "Social media is not an exception to the law. Deliberately creating a situation that causes public confusion and carries a negative message will be punished appropriately according to the law. Ask network users to speak and create content with a valid basis, not to spread unclear information, harmful to society".
Comparing this problem in the current social media environment in our country, the case of staging "dirty", unorthodox content for the purpose of attracting views and increasing interaction is taking place extremely strongly.
The problem of rampant videos with meaningless, inflammatory content on social networks to attract viewers to make money has also occurred.
Even some individuals try to do everything to be famous on social networks, including breaking the law, producing objectionable content, lacking education, faking information, ...
According to the promulgated regulations, the act of sharing false, false, misrepresented, slanderous, insulting the honor and dignity of others on social networks will be fined from 10 million to 20 million VND.
The above sanction applies to the violating organization, if the individual violates, the fine will be equal to 1/2 (According to Article 4 of Decree 15).
Therefore, in case individuals share false, false or distorted information as mentioned above, they will be fined from 5 million to 10 million VND.
At the same time, forcibly remove false or misleading information or information that violates the law due to violations.
