After the clips were posted online, Mr. T. (born in 1993, living in Tan Binh district) went to the police to report the content of the clip and said that he was the biological father of the boy in the clip.

In 2018, T. and Ms. N. (born in 2000, living in Tan Binh district) got married and have 2 children, TNAN (born in 2018, daughter) and TNath. (born in 2020, son). Due to the conflict, in 2021, N. left with 2 children and lived as husband and wife with B. (identity unknown).

After that, Mr. T. heard that N. used banned substances. In December 2022, Mr. T. went to N.'s house to bring TNAN's grandson to his foster home, and TNath's grandchild. with N..

On March 22, Mr. T phoned N. via social network to borrow N.'s facebook address (named "Nguyen Thao") to post sales, N. agreed and gave the password. When Mr. T. logged in to the above account, he discovered that this account's message had sent clips of B. and N. to him. using a banned substance called "stone". Mr. T. saved the clip to his phone.

At 19:30 on March 24, Mr. T posted the clips on top of 2 pictures of a young man and a woman on his personal facebook page "The Forgotten One". Because T.'s account has few interactions, he asked the account "Tina Tien" to share.

About these clips, Mr. T. determined there were 4 to 5 months ago because in the clip, there was also TNAN's nephew, whom he had brought home to raise for 4 months now.

Mr. T. does not know exactly where the incident happened, only found on N.'s facebook with the address 50/9 Hau Lan hamlet, Ba Diem commune, Hoc Mon district. Therefore, when posting the clip, Mr. T. also posted the address because he thought N. and B. were living here.
