Thien Di case: Shocked by the reason that the "3 good" male students manage the forum without remuneration

The case of Spreading the Culture of Heaven and Earth continues to have revelations that have shocked the people. A male student said that he does not receive wages, only manages this forum because of his passion.

On November 1, the People's Court of Nghe An province conducted a first-instance trial of the case of Spreading cultural products of Heaven and Earth. It can be said that this is the case that has caused the most stir in public opinion at this time because of its long-term nature and the dissemination of a large amount of sensitive videos and images.

Previously, through professional work to grasp the situation, the Department of Cyber Security and High-tech Crime Prevention (Ministry of Public Security) and the Criminal Police Division of Nghe An Police detected a line with signs of crime on the website "Thiendia2.cc" sharing sensitive content, attracting more than 1.1 million members to participate with hundreds of millions of visits.

Regarding this website, the forum "Heaven and Earth" originally named "Blue Floor" was divided into many different sections, including forums with the content of pornography, pornography**, videos, images, stories**, advertisements for buying and selling flowers, QHTD, etc.

In Vietnam, this line operates under the management of Nguyen Duc Vinh (born 1975, residing in Vinh city, Nghe An). Vinh is a social protection target due to a particularly severe mobility disability. During the trial of the Heaven and Earth case, a forum manager received the most attention.

Accordingly, the defendant N.P.N. (2002, residing in Long An province) is considered a quite special subject because he was arrested while studying at a well-known university. He is the only student in the group of people who are accused of managing and running the Heaven and Earth forum with millions of members. What is worth discussing here is that N. did not receive any remuneration from his criminal act.

N. has known and visited the website "Thiendia" since he was 18 years old. The male student is interested in the column "2-gun doctor's clinic - s** doctor", regularly logging in to comment and advise on reproductive health and gender. Around August 2021, Nguyen Duc Vinh actively contacted and invited N. to participate in the board of directors of the forum "Thiendia".

Here, the male student was assigned to manage the columns "Doctor Clinic with 2 guns", "Stories s** - adult stories - stories ***" and "S** magazine - lauxanh magazine". According to shared, N. participated in management to advise and answer issues related to reproductive health, sexual health and other diseases for members of the forum.

In addition, he also recruits collaborators, writes and posts sensitive content on the forum's columns and reminds, warns or bans accounts that post content that violates the rules. Performing many jobs, but N. "did it for passion" and repeatedly refused to receive wages when proposed by his superiors.

N.'s actions allegedly helped Nguyen Duc Vinh spread 9.8GB out of a total of nearly 13GB of sensitive content to the forum "Thien Di". Moreover, even more surprising is that N. has achieved many high achievements in provincial and national science and technology innovation contests, and has been awarded certificates of merit and certificates of merit by the school, district leaders, provincial leaders and provincial unions. In addition, the male defendant was also awarded the title of "good 3rd student".

"The defendant is an educated person, has achieved many achievements, and has been rewarded at all levels. How does the defendant think about participating in the management of this forum?" the presiding judge asked sternly. Defendant N. was silent, bowed his head for a while and then replied: "The defendant knows that he is wrong."

When asked what he thought about participating in the management of the "Heaven and Earth" forum, he bowed his head and admitted that he was wrong. The first-instance trial process ended, with the role and extenuating circumstances, N. received a sentence of 21 months in suspended prison. This is the lowest sentence among the 11 defendants tried.
