Among the 5 rescued victims, including 4 men living in Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province and 1 female living in M'Drak district, Dak Lak province.

Previously, the Provincial Border Guard received information from 5 families in Can Loc district and M'Drak district about their relatives showing signs of being tricked into working. After that, these people were controlled, threatened, and physically affected at a casino in Bo Keo Special Economic Zone (Laos).

Receiving the news, the Ha Tinh Border Guard Command quickly sent a force to verify and clarify, and at the same time, reported it to the Border Guard Command for advice and direction.
