According to the content of the case, from about March 3-2021, through social media accounts, Ms. Phuong Hang has organized many livestreams to make live statements about the secrets of her personal life and content that affects the reputation and honor of 10 individuals, including Mr. Vo Nguyen Hoai Linh (artist Hoai Linh), Ms. Nguyen Thi My Oanh (singer Vy Oanh), Ms. Dang Thi Han Ni (former journalist - lawyer, Master of Law Han Ni), Mr. Huynh Minh Hung (singer Dam Vinh Hung), Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Tien (singer Thuy Tien) with her husband Le Cong Vinh, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien (deputy editor-in-chief of Phap Luat newspaper in Ho Chi Minh City). HCMC), Ms. Đinh Thi Lan, Ms. Le Thi Rich, Ms. Truong Viet Ha.

The 3 defendants Nguyen Thi Mai Nhi, Le Thi Thu Ha, Huynh Cong Tan, although they did not have conflicts with the above individuals, but because they were employees and salaries of Nguyen Phuong Hang, they continuously carried out acts of actively helping defendant Hang.

The three accused also participated in hosting livestreams, announcing the number of viewers, reading comments on livestreams, etc.

In addition, to increase the credibility of his statements, Nguyen Phuong Hang invited Dang Anh Quan (Doctor of Law, University lecturer) to participate in his livestream.

In particular, Mr. Quan has repeatedly spoken, commented and interacted with defendant Hang about contents that seriously offended the honor, prestige and dignity of many individuals, "contributing to spiritual encouragement and invigorating Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang to commit criminal acts".
