Huy and Manh use private phone numbers provided by Quan with the task of only dealing with customers, urging borrowers to repay loans, threatening customers with late payment, and reporting to Quan daily on the progress of work.

Borrowers will transfer interest and principal to Thach The Nghia's bank account or directly to 37 Hang Than store to give cash to Huy and Manh. Another point in the operation of the group above with other "black credit" lines is that, borrowers do not have to make loan documents but are people who are familiar with Quan and have a clear home address. expressly or referred to by these persons. Customers must ensure "reputation" by relationships and collateral.

The form of "picking up their bowls" 10 to 8 and borrowing daily interest from 1000 - 10,000 VND/million/day. The amount of money that customers can borrow is very diverse, from a few million to hundreds of millions of dong, billions of dong. For customers who borrow a small amount, the interest rate is high, when borrowing with a large amount, the interest rate is smaller and depending on the customer's ability to pay, they are "favored" with different interest rates.

Every day, Huy and Manh recorded the customer's payment and took a photo and sent it to Quan for approval. On average, each month, this group illegally benefits from "black credit" activities with the amount of up to hundreds of millions of dong.
