Ms. Ngoc Tran (27 years old, Hoc Mon) said she feels very excited every time she sees the seller "tearing open a blind bag" for customers. "The more gifts customers get, the more I like it. I see people who buy 6 or 10 bags, when they tear them open, they also get double or triple the amount," Ms. Tran shared.
In addition to livestreams on TikTok, "blind bags" are also sold widely on e-commerce platforms. There, buyers can choose to buy "blind bags" to tear themselves, or choose the specific model they want, with prices ranging from 7,000-20,000 VND/model.
In addition, some people with experience in online sales said that at wholesale markets or processing units, "blind bags" are sold in large quantities at quite cheap prices. That is also why, even on livestreams, sellers continuously give away "blind bags" to customers without fear of losing money.
Over time, TikTok channels selling "blind bags" have continuously increased in price. Some places even sell 10 "blind bags" (each bag is a model only about 3.5cm high) for more than 200,000 VND.
