On October 10, Le Duong Bao Lam livestreamed on Fanpage and received attention from a large audience. Notably, during the sales process, he faced strong backlash when he revealed his wig and fed Vo Tan Phat the food he was chewing in his mouth. Some netizens who had gone from fans to fans said they had "turned around" because they realized that Le Duong Bao Lam was increasingly going beyond the limit.

After understanding the situation, on October 14, Le Duong Bao Lam officially responded: "There are many pages that mention Le Duong Bao Lam, and people will think of noise, controversy, and ridiculous things. According to statistics, they are all just jokes. Whoever doesn't like me, follow me for just 1 day, give me a chance for just 1 day and they will love me immediately. Regarding the incident of feeding Vo Tan Phat that has caused outrage in recent days, Le Duong Bao Lam said that it was a skit about a mother feeding her child, in which he transformed into a mother. The actor shared that as usual, Vo Tan Phat would refuse, but in the livestream he agreed to eat, so there were mixed opinions. Le Duong Bao Lam later apologized to the audience. To apologize to Vo Tan Phat, Le Duong Bao Lam said that any future project would require him to be by his side.
