The total talent of Vietnamese films caused the producer to change the script because he was "threatened" by the audience

Recently, social media has been buzzing with the drama series aired on VieON thanks to the appearance of many young faces, good acting and especially the rumbling chemistry of the couple Chao (Le Hai) and Nhi (Trinh Thao).

The film, titled Wish I Fly Together, was produced by director Phan Dang Di and the screenplay was written by screenwriter Nguyen Khac Ngan Vi. The film tells the story of poor neighborhood dwellers in the early 21st century. The story of the film is a journey about the fate of people who want to escape poverty. They enter the quest for a living with many dreams, ambitions and losses.

So far, the audience has loved the film as well as especially loved the couple Mr. Chao and Nhi played by Le Hai and Trinh Thao. However, the controversy over who is the male lead is still being hotly discussed.

Despite being loved and supported by the audience, Mr. Chao's character does not appear on the poster at all and it is also reported that Chao is not the main character of the film.

Because right from the beginning of the film, there were many potential male characters who could marry the heroine Nhi (Trinh Thao). This meant that in order to be paired with Nhi, Chao had to surpass the two characters of Guang Dai and Ling Qing.

In the film, Nhi is a girl who grew up in the neighborhood, very naïve, simple, somewhat stubborn but extremely understanding. Chao is from a completely different world than Nhi. He is a director who has both money and authority, who is extremely poised and well-groomed, different from Nhi's lemony appearance. The two knew each other because Chao had to approach his wife's house on behalf of the company president (the chairman married Nhi's sister). Frequent back and forth made Nhi's parents even consider Chao as... son-in-law.

Because they are so worried about OTP, the audience constantly "threatens" producers across social media platforms that they will rate the film 1 star if the couple in their hearts has an unsatisfactory ending.

Perhaps the producer himself did not expect the attraction of the Chao-Nhi couple to be so strong. Many people did not even mind spending money to buy VieON's VIP package to watch the movie. Although on TikTok is rampant with accounts posting full episodes, the film is so popular that the audience accepts to spend money to experience the best movie content.

Receiving signals from the audience since the film has only aired for 2 weeks, the producer quickly pleased fans by changing the movie poster to a double image of 2 actors Le Hai and Trinh Thao. Then immediately discovered by the audience that it was just a collage, once again the producer "firefighted" immediately with real photos. Trinh Thao even revealed that the team contacted her asking her to share a new poster on her personal page so that the audience could see the "sincerity" of the producer.

Observant fans also discovered that when the new film aired, the names of the actors shown on the VieON app were: runner-up Thuy Dung, Trinh Thao, Vo Dien Gia Huy, Quang Dai, Lanh Thanh, Le Hai. However, just a few days ago, VieON updated with a changed position, Le Hai has "surpassed" other names to stand right behind Trinh Thao.

The audience is extremely excited and thinks that this is a good signal that the station deliberately sends to viewers.

Many comments left: "Le Hai pushed Quang Dai and Lanh Thanh away, hope Mr. Chao can do the same", "Actually Le Hai is the factor that makes the film expected by the audience. Since knowing Mr. Chao, Xue Yan has only been a name", "Why did the director not see the potential that Mr. Chao brought when making the film?"

Most viewers believe that Mr. Chao is the factor that makes them "obsessed" with this drama, forgetting to eat and sleep, waking up at night afraid that Chao and Nhi will not become a couple.

Not only that, a supporting actor in the film also revealed that she was recently "summoned" by the producer to continue filming after more than 2 years of filming. It has since raised the question that the ending of the film has been changed to please fans. Perhaps this is a rare case where a Vietnamese film producer has to suffer a weakness because the fan couple is too strong, "messing" too badly, not afraid to frankly express "well, give VieON 1 star first, combine reasonably, fix it, otherwise it is considered as a gift".
