According to the petition, Ms. Trang said that in June 2017, because she needed money to participate in the 2017 Southern Hoa Khoi contest, Miss Thuy Tien actively asked Ms. Trang to lend an amount of VND 1.5 billion, with The goal is to get the prize in the top 3.

On 12/7/2017, Ms. Trang agreed to lend Thuy Tien the above amount. At the same time, Ms. Trang's husband sold his car, the car buyer paid cash, so Ms. Trang took that money and gave it directly to Thuy Tien.
