According to the content of the case, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang said that in June 2017, because she needed m.oney to participate in the Miss Southern 2017 contest, beauty queen Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien actively sought and borrowed 1.5 billion from Ms. Trang. bronze, with the goal of reaching the top 3 overall.
