Late on May 18, the Miss World organizing committee announced the results of the Talent qualifying round. Accordingly, Huynh Tran Y Nhi was named in the list of the Asia-Pacific region, along with Australia, Armenia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Philippines, India, Kazakhstan, China, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar. The second round of the talent competition will take place on May 19, all contestants who make it to round 2 will have a direct confrontation to find the winner to enter the final top 40.

On May 11, the Vietnamese beauty participated in the first round of the Talent competition. She wore an orange jumpsuit that accentuated her curves, accented with gentle cut-out details. The design was commented to be youthful and sex.y, true to the spirit that Y Nhi wanted to convey in her performance. On May 17, she competed in sports at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad, India.

The Miss World 2025 contest in India officially entered its 13th day. Vietnam's representative - Huynh Tran Y Nhi attracted attention when appearing in a white ao dai that accentuated her gentleness, elegance and Asian charisma.

I was impressed by the thoughtfulness and dedication, from the time we stayed at the hotel to the attractions such as Buddhavanam, Charminar...".

Y Nhi spent 12 days at the 72nd Miss World and was likened to a "superwoman" with abundant energy and persistent efforts. Despite being busy from early morning to late at night, she always tried to take time to film, dub, and add subtitles to create attractive videos, helping the audience to update quickly. On May 11, the beauty queen was selected by Indian news channel TV5 for an interview at a press conference and gave fluent and confident answers.

Throughout the contest, the beauty from Binh Dinh proactively made friends, interacted with the contestants and gave them souvenirs. Her fluent English communication skills helped her connect easily and create a friendly image. When the audience commented that she looked a bit skinny and advised her to eat more to maintain her health and gain about 1-2 kg, Miss World Vietnam 2023 responded: "Nhi still tries to eat and exercise every day, thank you everyone."

Recently, Ý Nhi did not make it into the top 32 of the Miss World Sport competition, which means she missed out on a ticket to the top 40. However, she still has many other sub-contests to show herself.

Arriving in India with more than 160 kg of luggage including 30 carefully selected outfits, Y Nhi is praised for being neat every time she appears.

The beauty queen said she always wakes up at 5am to prepare her hair and makeup: "If I have time, I will take care of my hair and makeup more carefully. In case of limited time, I finish everything as quickly as possible by waking up even earlier."

Huynh Tran Y Nhi, born in 2002, from Binh Dinh, 1.75 m tall, was crowned Miss World Vietnam 2023. She studied a joint program of 2-2 majors in Business Administration at two schools: International University (Ho Chi Minh City National University) and the University of Sydney. The beauty has completed 2/4 semesters in Australia and is expected to graduate in 2026. At the end of March this year, Y Nhi said she put a semester on hold to prepare for the Miss World 2025 contest.
