However, when he presented himself to the police station and gave his testimony, this rabbit-eared young man denied the above suspicion and publicly revealed his travel route that night. Besides, another girl wearing a rabbit mane at the scene is also suspected of pushing people.

It was this shoving action that was the direct cause of the stampede tragedy that claimed the lives of 156 people present in Itaewon alley on the evening of October 29. Police are still continuing to analyze CCTV (container cameras) to find those who deliberately push people around.

Experts say that if the testimony of witnesses is true, those who deliberately push could face criminal prosecution, for example manslaughter or intentional injury.
