The scene of people being pushed down right before the accident was recorded by participants at the time. Many recorded clips show that the alley is crowded but people pass by relatively smoothly. However, people suddenly started jostling from the beginning of the alley until tragedy struck.

However, when he presented himself to the police station and gave his testimony, this rabbit-eared young man denied the above suspicion and publicly revealed his travel route that night. Besides, another girl wearing a rabbit mane at the scene is also suspected of pushing people.

According to YouTuber Seon Yeo Jung: "At first, everyone was crammed together, moving with difficulty but orderly. The situation became chaotic when people at the top of the slope started shouting and shoving. shouted, "Push, we're stronger" and started pushing. Chaos ensued, and people started jostling back and forth like a tug-of-war.

Many witnesses also recounted: "It seems that the people at the top didn't realize the people at the bottom had fallen. They kept pushing." It was this shoving action that was the direct cause of the stampede tragedy that claimed the lives of 156 people present in Itaewon alley on the evening of October 29. Police are still continuing to analyze CCTV (container cameras) to find those who deliberately push people around.

Experts say that if the testimony of witnesses is true, those who deliberately push could face criminal prosecution, for example manslaughter or intentional injury.

An official from the investigative agency said: "Not only are there cameras at the scene, we are analyzing 52 private cameras in 42 locations, analyzing videos posted online. Witnesses are being investigated. conduct an investigation and we confirm all possible scenarios."
