According to the accusation, this share sale was a secret transaction between the two parties, completed with the signing procedure on October 20, 2023. It was not until May 2025 that Anne publicly announced that she had sold her shares and left the CEO position.

During the negotiation period, Anne Jakrajutatip is said to have planned to flee and dispose of assets from Thailand with the help of Raul Rocha. The matter became more complicated when there were allegations about the involvement of the family of the new Miss Universe 2025 – Fátima Bosch. According to Mr. Sondhi Limthongkul, Ms. Anne Jakrajutatip is currently being helped by the family of the new Miss.

Previously, public opinion had questioned the transparency of the contest results after former judge Omar Harfouch accused Fátima Bosch of winning through connections.
