Ms. Anne and four company directors are accused of transferring assets from the manufacturing plant of MN Beverage Co., Ltd. without notifying TCG Social Media.

The investigation agency summoned Ms. Anne to work twice. The second summons is expected on February 29, but Ms. Anne's JKN company has sent a representative to request a postponement of the trial.

The trial was postponed for March 19, but Ms. Anne and the four directors still did not appear in court. Therefore, Kabinburi Provincial Police have considered ordering the arrest of the defendants including Ms. Anne and 4 other directors of JKN company.

Previously, on November 24, 2023, Khaosod newspaper reported that Mr. Jakraphan Punyapapha - CEO of TCJ Social Media Group - held a press conference to announce a lawsuit against JKN Global Group - the group of Ms. Anne Jakrakutatip - the owner. Miss Universe contest.

TCJ Social Media Group requested compensation of 1 billion baht (about 685 billion VND) on the grounds that Ms. Anne spread false information leading to the cancellation of cooperation in the Miss Universe Coin digital currency project.

According to Mr. Jakraphan Punyapapha, previously TCJ Social Media Group and JKN Global Group agreed to cooperate on the Miss Universe Coin project with a plan to issue coins worth 50 billion baht.

However, when the project was about to launch, Ms. Anne's side reported that Miss Universe Coin was a scam and advised people not to buy this product. Meanwhile, the cooperation project was signed between the two parties on June 30.

According to Bangkok Insight, Ms. Anne sent a representative to apply for an adjournment to court and the case was postponed to April 22. This newspaper said the court will issue a decision on April 30.

Since buying the Miss Universe pageant for about 20 million USD, female billionaire Anne has struggled financially, constantly facing lawsuits.
