Many fans of the singer Hong Nhan expressed hope that their idol would appear as a mysterious "trump card" of this season. Clips analyzing, assembling, and comparing Jack's schedule were continuously posted. Some people even claimed to have "spotted" coincidences between the show's recording time and Jack's absences on social media.

However, there are also many skeptical opinions. Many people quickly pointed out that during the filming of Say Hi Season 2, Jack was recorded running shows in many remote provinces, with a tight schedule and almost no free time to participate in a reality TV show that requires filming for many days.
