On the evening of May 26, on the official Fanpage, J97 Entertainment - the management company of artist Jack (real name Phuong Tuan) - issued a press release, refuting information considered inaccurate regarding the singer's private life.

At the same time, Jack's side confirmed that they had carried out legal procedures, sued actor Tran Nguyen Thien An and requested to establish custody of the child.

According to the announcement, J97 Entertainment said it had filed a complaint against actress Thien An to the authorities, regarding two posts posted on the actress's personal page on January 19 and January 20, 2025. Although the posts did not directly name Jack, the company said that their content had caused many media units and the online community to speculate, leading to the spread of unverified information.

"Although Ms. Tran Nguyen Thien An did not directly mention artist Jack - J97, the content of the articles caused many media units to report in an unbiased manner, affecting the artist's image," the statement stated. "Through working with the authorities, we learned that Ms. Tran Nguyen Thien An proactively removed the misleading articles immediately afterward."

In addition to suing Thien An, Jack's side said they are continuing to coordinate with relevant agencies to clarify and handle organizations and individuals who are accused of posting or sharing false, one-sided information, affecting the reputation and work of artists.

Previously, on January 19, 2025, actress Thien An posted an article sharing about her personal difficulties and claiming that she was insulted by some of Jack's fans, negatively affecting her life. On January 20, she continued to publish more personal information that attracted attention, related to her pregnancy and childbirth.

Jack's side said that in the past, the male singer chose to remain silent to respect the privacy of those involved and wanted to resolve the matter peacefully, to ensure a stable development environment for TNYĐ - the daughter he shared with actress Thien An. However, according to the announcement, unverified information has spread, affecting Jack's personal image and many contracts and artistic projects.

"Recently, many media outlets and social networking platforms have exploited artists' private lives in a negative way, causing harm to artistic activities," said a representative of J97 Entertainment.

In the announcement, the company also mentioned the relationship between artist Jack and actress Thien An. Accordingly, Jack's side said that since giving birth, the actress has stopped contacting and prevented the male singer from visiting and meeting baby TNYĐ. Currently, Jack's side has filed a petition with the competent People's Court, requesting to determine the father-child relationship with baby TNYĐ to proceed with the next steps regarding the rights and obligations of raising baby according to the law.

Jack's representative said that he will hold a press conference in the near future to announce evidence related to his relationship with actress Thien An, as well as specific information about Jack's financial obligations and responsibilities towards his daughter in the past.

Regarding the incident, Thien An's representative said that the actress has not yet received any documents from the authorities related to the lawsuit and will respond after receiving more information.

Previously, on January 19, Thien An had a long post sharing about her difficult past and personal problems with her ex-boyfriend.
